Wild Rose is a small kennel located in central South Carolina. We have been showing, and breeding Jack Russell Terriers since 1997. As breeders of Jack Russell Terriers we proudly breed with an emphasis on Temperament, correct conformation, natural hunting ability, and excellent dispositions. It is imperative to maintain the physical and mental soundness of this feisty little dog. Give the Jack Russell Terrier a job to do, whether it's bringing in the newspaper, playing fetch, hunting, racing, agility, conformation, go-to-ground, hiking or just curling up with you at the end of a long day. Don't think that if you laugh at one of their antics, they won't do it again just to see if they get the same response from you.

We stand by the JRTCA's motto; Preserve, Protect, & Work The Jack Russell Terrier, and we adhere to The BCoE "The Breeders Code of Ethics". Wild Rose is a registered kennel with the JRTCA.

Many of the old bloodlines have had a lot of influence on the modern day Jack Russell Terrier, yet many of these bloodlines may have much of their history lost because we haven't taken the time over the years to preserve them in our pedigrees, when there gone there gone. That is why at Wild Rose we are carefully blending some of these old bloodlines back into our pedigrees.

We only breed a litter or two a year. Our puppies are hand raised and well socialized. We are striving to produce well rounded Terriers that can perform in the field , show ring and as a pet. We believe in proper education of prospective owners, so we can correctly place Terriers whom may not fit into our immediate or future plans.
